A striking portrait of a Geisha sitting in front of a wonderful set of ink block prints decorating the walls and dividers of the Tea House where she presumably worked. Taken by an as of yet unidentified photographer, it is clear that the practitioner of this image was able to capture the elegance (and stoicism) of one of the cultural icons of Japan.
